This last summer I discovered the glory of green smoothies. Looks disgusting, tastes great! Try it, you might like it.
Green Smoothie
1 c mixed fruit
1 banana
1/2 c plain fat free yogurt
1/2 c fat free milk
1 tsp flax seed
2 handfuls of spinach
Blend completely in a blender and enjoy. If you like it colder than add some ice cubes.
