I got the cupcake recipe HERE and the frosting recipe HERE. The tails are marshmallows cut in half lengthwise. The heads are donut holes and the beaks are orange starbursts. The eyes are M&M's. They were supposed to be mini M&M's but I couldn't find them. This is a great winter or rainy day activity for the kids.
