I know I say this a lot but this is YUMMY!!!
Hummus Cucumber Olive Sandwich
2 pcs whole wheat bread
2 T hummus
1/2 cucumber, sliced
6 olives, sliced
Spread the hummus on the two pieces of bread and top with cucumber and olives. Put bread together and enjoy!
