Here is another raw treat that I really, really liked and soothed my sweet tooth!
Raw Blackberry Cobbler
Filling: 1 pint blackberries 1 T agave pinch of salt dash of vanilla extract Mix in a food processor until desired consistency Cream: 1 1/2 c cashews 1 c water 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 c agave nectar 1 tsp vanilla Blend in blender until smooth Crumb topping: 1/2 c pecans 1/4 c flax seed pinch of salt 2 dates Mix in food processor until combined and crumbly
To serve scoop some blackberries in a bowl, pour cream over the top and then sprinkle with crumb topping. Enjoy!
