1 3-oz pkg beef ramen 8 oz beef sirloin cut into thin strips I T cooking oil 1/2 C thinly sliced carrots 1/2 C celery, sliced 6 oz frozen pea pods 1/4 C water 1 T snipped fresh parsley 2 tsp teriyaki sauce 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
Cook ramen noodles without the seasoning and drain water. Put oil into skillet and over medium to high heat cook carrots and celery until tender-crisp. Remove vegetables and add meat. Cook until desired doneness. Return vegetables and add noodles, seasoning packet, pea pods, water, parsley, teriyaki sauce and ginger. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
