It's that time again- Zucchini Time!!! We have had several from our garden and then we went to the local U-pick farm today and got some more. For dinner I whipped this one up. I remember seeing it on a blog long ago- so if it's yours, I am sorry I don't know who you are or where the blog was or else I would give you credit.
Slices zucchini rounds
Place sliced zucchini on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam or the like. Scoop a little sauce on top. Then add the pepperoni and then the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
