Pumpkin Cheesecake Tarts

And the pumpkin fun continues.....

Pumpkin Cheesecakes Tarts
1 sleeve graham crackers
2 T butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 C pumpkin puree
1/2 C sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine graham crackers and butter and then press into 12 cup muffin tins.
Beat cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, pie spice, and vanilla until blended. Add eggs, beat well. Pour into muffin cups.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool and then refrigerate. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
